社會資本對高水平高職院校與企業(yè)合作知識轉(zhuǎn)移的影響

摘要: "雙高計劃"對高職院校技能人才培養(yǎng)過程提出了更高要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),協(xié)同育人過程中,高水平高職院校與企業(yè)合作的知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果直接關(guān)系人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,社會資本對知識轉(zhuǎn)移過程和效果會產(chǎn)生一定影響。本研究從實證角度出發(fā),以社會資本不同維度、知識轉(zhuǎn)移機會—動機—能力框架、知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果為變量構(gòu)建概念模型,借助結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,通過調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)對模型進(jìn)行實證檢驗,從而討論社會資本對校企合作知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的影響,以如何借助社會資本優(yōu)化高水平高職院校與企業(yè)合作知識轉(zhuǎn)移過程提升學(xué)生技能養(yǎng)成效果。 Double High-level Plan puts forward higher requirements and standards for the training process of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. In the process of collaborative education, the effect of knowledge transfer in the cooperation between high-level and higher vocational colleges and enterprises is directly related to the quality of talent training, while social capital will have a certain impact on the process and effect of knowledge transfer. In order to further explore the influence of different dimensions of social capital on knowledge transfer in the cooperation between high-level and higher vocational colleges and enterprises, this study, based on empirical analysis, constructs a conceptual model with different dimensions of social capital, the framework of opportunity,motivation, ability(OMA) of knowledge transfer, and the effect of knowledge transfer as variables, and empirically tests the model with the help of structural equation model and survey data. This paper hopes to explore how to optimize the knowledge transfer process of cooperation between high-level vocational colleges and enterprises with the help of social capital, and improve the effect of students' skill cultivation.
