殘疾人現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育發(fā)展策略研究

摘要: 現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)殘疾人職業(yè)教育面臨教育發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)性失衡,教育資源配置有待均衡;教育質(zhì)量薄弱,支持服務(wù)水平有待提高;師資水平不高,師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)水平有待提升等困境。殘疾人職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)要均衡地區(qū)發(fā)展,優(yōu)化資源配置效率;構(gòu)建融合發(fā)展的人才培養(yǎng)模式,提高教育質(zhì)量;多渠道強(qiáng)化師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提升專業(yè)化水平。 Currently,vocational education for the disabled in China is facing structural imbalance in the development of education and the allocation of educational resources needs to be balanced; the quality of education is weak and the level of support services needs to be improved; the level of teachers is not high and the level of teachers needs to be improved. In the construction of vocational education system for the disabled we should balance regional development and optimize the efficiency of resource allocation; build a talent training mode of integrated development to improve the quality of education; strengthen the construction of the faculty through multiple channels to enhance the level of specialization.
