高職院校圖書檔案信息服務(wù)融合發(fā)展實(shí)踐探索

摘要： 高職院校圖書檔案服務(wù)融合發(fā)展是解決高職院校圖書館檔案館服務(wù)功能發(fā)揮有限、設(shè)施人員配備不到位問題的重要途徑,具體的融合可以通過組建圖書檔案館并完善工作機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)館藏資源建設(shè)、建設(shè)圖書檔案信息資源融合網(wǎng)、重視管理人員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方式實(shí)現(xiàn)。
Integrative development of libraries and archives is the important approach for vocational colleges solving the problems of service functions limited and equipments poor, which could be implemented by establishing library-archive, enhancing resources construction, bulding integration net of library-archive resources, and strengthening team development.
