我國中等職業(yè)教育教材制度體系建設(shè)的回顧與展望

摘要: 新中國成立以來,我國中等職業(yè)教育教材制度體系在改革進程中逐步建立了三級教材管理體制以及相對比較完善的教材管理制度;計劃與市場成為教材管理的常態(tài)手段。同時,在改革中也暴露出中職三級教材管理體制有待健全、管理環(huán)節(jié)制度落實不到位以及管理機制創(chuàng)新不足等問題。因此,新時代中職教材制度體系建設(shè),應(yīng)以教材體制為突破口,完善中職三級教材管理體系;應(yīng)優(yōu)化過程環(huán)節(jié),推進中職教材制度的科學(xué)化;應(yīng)以機制創(chuàng)新為動能,為提升中職教材質(zhì)量提供保障。
Since the founding of new China,the textbook system of secondary vocational education has built a management system of three-level textbooks during its reform,and a relative perfect textbook management system has been gradually established.The planned and market ways become the normal means of textbook management.Meanwhile,it also exposes several problems such as the shortcomings in management system of the third-level textbooks for secondary vocational education,the implementation of the management link system,and the insufficient innovation of management mechanism.Therefore,the building of secondary vocational textbooks in the new era should take the textbook system as the breakthrough point.We should improve the management system,optimize the process and promote the scientific management system.It is necessary to take mechanism innovation as the driving force and to provide guarantee for the reform of secondary vocational textbooks.
