“兩校一體”模式下職業(yè)院校與開放大學(xué)融合發(fā)展的問題與對(duì)策研究

摘要： "兩校一體"模式下職業(yè)院校與開放大學(xué)一體化融合發(fā)展,仍面臨理論認(rèn)同困境、實(shí)踐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)困境、機(jī)制管理困境、環(huán)境建設(shè)困境。通過明確"兩校一體"發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵和歷史必然性,指出加強(qiáng)理論研究、統(tǒng)一理論認(rèn)識(shí),推進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)、打通培養(yǎng)路徑,構(gòu)建激勵(lì)機(jī)制、激活學(xué)校活力,完善內(nèi)部制度、健全工作機(jī)制,提升信息素養(yǎng)、構(gòu)建實(shí)踐體系是破解困境的重要舉措。
Under the "two-in-one" model, the integration of vocational colleges and open universities still faces the dilemma of theoretical identification, practical standards, mechanism management and environmental construction. By clarifying the connotation and historical inevitability of the development of "two-in-one" model, it is pointed out that strengthening theoretical research, unifying theoretical understanding, promoting standard construction, opening up training path, building incentive mechanism, activating school vitality, perfecting internal system, perfecting working mechanism, improving information maintenance and building practice system are important measures to solve the problems.
