職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)教融合政策的執(zhí)行成效研究——基于2019年企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量年報(bào)分析

摘要： 中國(guó)職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)教融合政策的推行中企業(yè)發(fā)揮了重要主體作用。從價(jià)值角度對(duì)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量年報(bào)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析,可看出在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、教育、文化以及人的價(jià)值等方面都取得了不少成效,但受經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治等因素的影響,政策執(zhí)行過(guò)程中還存在諸多不足,有必要完善組織機(jī)制;健全運(yùn)行機(jī)制;做好人才培養(yǎng)的頂層設(shè)計(jì)和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃;營(yíng)造重技術(shù)的文化氛圍;構(gòu)建多維評(píng)價(jià)體系;形成政策執(zhí)行協(xié)作共同體;完善監(jiān)測(cè)體系。進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)政策執(zhí)行成效的提升。
Enterprises play an important role in the implementation of the policy of integration of industry and education in vocational education in China. From the perspective of value, this paper analyzes the contents of the annual report on the quality of enterprises' participation in vocational education. It can be seen that many achievements have been made in the aspects of economy, politics, education, culture and human value. However, due to the influence of economy, politics and other factors, there are still many deficiencies in the process of policy implementation. It is necessary to perfect the organizational mechanism, improve the operational mechanism, do a good job in the top-level design and long-term plan of talents cultivation, create a technology-oriented cultural atmosphere, build a multi-dimensional evaluation system, form a community of policy implementation cooperation and improve the monitoring system, so as to further enhance the effectiveness of policy implementation.
