職業(yè)教育服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展能力的研究——基于山西省的分析

摘要： 職業(yè)教育在推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)就業(yè)中發(fā)揮著重要作用。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展步伐的不斷加快,職業(yè)教育在服務(wù)山西產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展等方面還存在服務(wù)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力不足、服務(wù)人才資本水平不高、服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)能力不高等問題。構(gòu)建職業(yè)教育服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新型關(guān)系,提升服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展能力,應(yīng)加快現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè),加強(qiáng)學(xué)科專業(yè)和教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),推進(jìn)產(chǎn)教融合,加大職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)模式改革力度。
Vocational education plays an important role in promoting economic & social development and employment. With the continuous acceleration of high-quality economic development, vocational education still has some problems in serving the industrial transformation and upgrading in Shanxi and the development of innovation ability,such as the lack of innovation ability in service areas,the low level of service talent capital,and the low ability of service industry transformation and upgrading. To build a new relationship between vocational education and regional economic development, we should speed up the construction of modern vocational education system,strengthen the construction of disciplines and teaching teams,promote the integration of industry and education,and strengthen the reform of vocational education mode.
