基于“智能+”的職教師資培養(yǎng)研究

摘要: "智能+"背景下職教師資培養(yǎng)能夠變革學(xué)習(xí)方式,促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)多樣化;變革教學(xué)方式,促進(jìn)教育公平;變革教學(xué)模式,促進(jìn)教師地位的提升。然而,"智能+"也在教師學(xué)習(xí)和職教師資的培養(yǎng)以及管理上存在一定問題。"智能+"背景下職教師資培養(yǎng)要構(gòu)建"智能+"職教師資創(chuàng)新體系、實(shí)踐體系和管理體系。 In the background of "intelligence plus", vocational-teacher training and development can change learning methods to promote learning diversity;change teaching methods to promote education equity;change teaching models to promote the improvement of teachers' status. However,"intelligence plus"also has some problems in teachers' learning, the cultivation and management of vocational teachers. In the cultivation of vocational teachers in the background of "intelligence plus",we should build the innovation,practice and management systems of"intelligence plus"vocational teachers.
