產(chǎn)教融合背景下高職校企合作研究

摘要: 以浙江工商職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院建筑類專業(yè)為載體,通過對產(chǎn)教融合背景下高職校企合作進行研究,提出了開展校內(nèi)工作室制、訂單式人才培養(yǎng)、人員互聘、校企共建研發(fā)中心、與中小型企業(yè)融合等多種、深層次的校企合作方式,積極應(yīng)對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展變化,改變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)方案滯后企業(yè)人才需求的情況,多途徑實現(xiàn)建筑類各專業(yè)與區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合,培養(yǎng)滿足區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)最新需求技術(shù)技能型人才,服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。 Based on the architecture specialty of Zhejiang Business Technology Institute, through the research on the school-enterprise cooperation in the background of the industry-education integration,this paper puts forward various combined modes and the ways of deep-seated school-enterprise cooperation through such ways as the in-school studio system,the order-based personnel training,the mutual employment of personnel,the construction of research and development center by schools and enterprises,and the integration of small and medium-sized enterprises so as to actively respond to the development of regional industries,change the laggard personnel training program,achieve the integration of architecture majors and regional industries in multiple ways,meet the latest demand of regional industries for technical and skilled professionals and serve the regional-economy development.
